Shipping policy
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will ship on the same day. If out of stock or shipping late an email will go out. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, or on weekends/major holidays, will ship the following business day. Same-day shipping applies only to in-stock items. Customers must select an expedited or overnight shipping method at checkout. Please note that delivery times are calculated from the time the courier picks up the package, not the time the order is placed
A definitive cutoff time for same-day processing (e.g., 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM in your local time zone). Orders placed after this time ship on the next business day.
- Business Days Only: (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
- Inventory Constraints: State that same-day shipping is dependent on product availability. If an item is out of stock, it is excluded. An email will go out if not available overnight.
